This weekend marks the beginning of our busiest wedding season in years, and I couldn’t imagine a sweeter kickoff: A darling backyard fête at the childhood home of one of my best friends in Augusta. It’s a scene right out of Father of the Bride in the most charming, nostalgic way, and I’m so looking forward to clinking glasses and laughing deep with the kind of friends who are family.
Next week, I’ll be pressing pause on my typical content and the Lauren Letter as my Mom and I head off on a long-awaited girls’ trip to a spa resort—our way of celebrating what we anticipate will be another successful Fashion a Cure Fashion Show, benefiting the Winship Cancer Institute. It’s a cause incredibly close to my heart, and an event I’ve been honored to serve on the board of for the past two years. I am excited for this rest and reset, and cannot wait to catch up with everyone when I return in May!
