Frontdoor – Customer Retention Representative. Remote (U.S.). Full-time. Respond to escalated customer service issues and cancellation requests, aiming to retain customers by resolving dissatisfaction and reinforcing the value of services. Requires high school diploma and 3+ years of customer service experience. Must have strong communication and conflict resolution skills, along with internet speeds of at least 4.6 Mbps. GE Appliances – Inbound Customer Service Agent. Remote (UT, SD, TX, OK, TN, MS, KY, OH, SC). Full-time. Handle inbound customer calls to provide product support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with service, parts, and sales inquiries. Position follows a 4-day, 10-hour schedule (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri). Requires 1+ year of customer service or sales experience, strong communication skills, and comfort navigating multiple systems. Must have a dedicated workspace and internet speeds of at least 50 Mbps download / 15 Mbps upload via Ethernet. Pay starts at $15/hour plus quality-based incentives. ParentSquare – Customer Support Agent. Remote (U.S.). Full-time. Support parents, teachers, and school administrators via email, chat, and phone by resolving technical issues, educating users, and escalating complex tickets as needed. Responsibilities include product testing, updating help content, and improving customer satisfaction. Requires previous experience in customer support (Zendesk preferred), strong communication skills, tech-savviness, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends. EDtech or SIS integration experience is a plus. Pay is $25–$28/hour DOE. Attapoll - Survey Respondents. This is a survey panel with a really easy-to-use app and lots of survey opportunities. And I've been paid by them (quickly once I had enough to cash out). Some are lengthy (pay more) and some are shorter (pay less but easy to get through quickly). You can cash out with just $3 in your account to Paypal, Revolut, gift cards, or you can donate your earnings.
 
Pleio – GoodStarter (Independent Contractor). Remote (U.S.). Flexible hours. Engage in phone-based conversations to support patients in medication adherence. Requires 2–3 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and an EIN (as a 1099 contractor). Must pass background and credit checks. Technical requirements include a Windows 10+ computer, USB headset, and internet speeds of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. Compensation varies based on productive time, with bonuses available: $125 after onboarding and QA completion within 30 days, and an additional $125 after 60 hours of calls with a QA score above 85%. Incentives are offered for peak-hour calls and high-quality performance. Training is self-paced and unpaid, but bonuses are provided upon completion.
 
VIQ Solutions – Legal Transcriptionist. Remote (U.S., excluding MA and CA). Independent contractor role. Transcribe legal content such as depositions, hearings, and judicial proceedings with strict adherence to style guides and verbatim standards. Must have experience in legal transcription, court reporting, or scoping. Court reporting students may be considered. Requires excellent grammar, listening skills, and the ability to handle sensitive content. Equipment needed includes a Windows 10+ computer, high-speed internet, quality headphones, and Microsoft Word. Infinity foot pedal is highly recommended. InboxDone – Inbox Manager. Remote (U.S. and worldwide). Contract. Help business owners and executives manage their email by organizing inboxes, responding to messages, and handling related tasks like scheduling and follow-ups. No resume required. Must have excellent written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or admin support is a plus. Flexible schedule, long-term supplemental income, and paid training provided. Most roles begin part-time with potential to grow. Requires strong internet, a reliable computer, and a quiet workspace.
 
YouGov - Survey Respondents. This is a survey panel that has been around for quite a number of years. They are always needing new panelists to provide their opinions on interesting topics (mostly current events). They do pay and offer a lot of different options for payment including PayPal, bank transfer, Amazon cards, and more. They are open to the US and UK, and you need at least $15 worth of redeemable points in your account to be able to withdraw your earnings.
 
Back Office Betties – Social Media Content Specialist. Remote (U.S., must be near Phoenix, AZ). Freelance. Create and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook, including scheduling, filming, editing, and repurposing video content featuring the CEO. Requires 2+ years’ experience in social media or digital marketing, strong short-form video skills, and comfort using tools like Canva. Must have excellent writing skills, be highly organized, and able to attend occasional in-person filming days. $25–$35/hour (1099 contract, ~20 hrs/month).
