While We're Off Topic
This summer, I’m flying to France with my 4-year-old in tow (wish me luck). We’ll be visiting my family in Annecy and Paris—getting the best of both lake and city life.
Last year, I randomly bumped into a Saran Pilates member in a tiny grocery store in a little French village. She was from Ireland, and it was one of those magical “the world is small” moments that totally caught me off guard. It brought me so much joy.
Realizing that my workouts are connecting with people across the world—sometimes in the most unexpected ways—has been one of the most motivating parts of this journey.
So if you see a slightly jet-lagged mom doing footwork on a café chair… just wave. 🇫🇷 😅
