(And it feels like the offering my work has been leading me toward all along.)
Hi friends,
It’s a beautiful New Moon in Taurus today — a moon of grounding, devotion, and tending to what we value most. New moons invite us to plant seeds, but a Taurus new moon asks: What is truly worth your time, your care, your energy?

[here]. But I’ll say this: it felt right to announce this offering on a moon like this. A quiet but steady shift. A choice to honor what feels like the deepest, truest yes in my work.
So, here it is: The Moon Method.
A live group container for emotional self-awareness, healing, and lunar tracking — beginning with Gemini Moons.
Why This, Why Now?
From the very beginning, I have always said in every reading:
Your Moon is the most important part of your chart.
It’s your deepest, truest self.
It reveals what you need to feel fully emotionally fulfilled.
It holds your patterns, connection to your caretakers, your love language, your connection to your emotions and your intuition — which, let’s be honest, are two things most humans have trouble accessing and trusting.
I've always said, “Gift yourself what your Moon is craving, and your whole chart will breathe. Your entire being can start to move toward its full potential.”
It’s something I’ve known intellectually and have taught for years — but life has a way of asking us to not just know things, but to live them.
Over the last decade — through this work, therapy, the Hoffman Process (iykyk), a library of spiritual dabbling, and most profoundly, through the loss of my mom and the sacred, brutal work of caregiving and grief — I’ve been brought back to the Moon over and over again. Not as a concept, but as my personal tether. The thing that kept me connected to myself when the ground fell out beneath me.
In my own chart, my Moon is in Gemini, conjunct Chiron, tucked into the 8th house. Emotional complexity, curiosity, and the ache to understand are baked into my wiring. And like any Gemini Moon girlie… I need to be fascinated to feel fulfilled. I need depth, discovery, conversation.
This is why The Moon Method was born.
It’s the work I’ve been circling all along — the place where my astrological expertise meets my lived experience. Where emotional pattern mapping, lunar tracking, and self-inquiry collide with the real, raw truth of what it means to be human.
It’s why this offering feels like both a return and a new beginning.
Not a business rebrand. Not a drastic change on the surface.
I’ll still be here doing 1:1 readings (and truly loving them). But if this offering grows the way I imagine it might, I can feel that I’ll be doing fewer and fewer personal readings over the next year.
This is the pivot beneath the surface — the one that feels small until it doesn’t.
The one that feels like home.
And if you’ve been here with me for a while, you might remember this little plot point:
The month I quit my 9-5 to do this work full-time, I booked a trip to Guatemala. While I was there, a shaman told me, without knowing a thing about me, “You’re meant to heal people by working with the Moon.”He also told me I had a funny mix of deep intensity and light, goofy energy. (Honestly, nailed it.)
At the time, I thought — oh! My moon events, my membership. Cute!
But now? Now I know he was pointing to something deeper. I hadn’t yet been brought to my knees. I hadn’t yet danced with grief. I hadn’t yet faced the heartbreak that would crack me open enough to truly understand what emotional work feels like in the body.
It took some life to catch up with the message. But here we are.
What The Moon Method Includes:

The first cohort opens for Gemini Moons and begins May 27, aligned with your Gemini New Moon.

- A Gemini Moon Guidebook (a beautifully detailed PDF) — including emotional pattern mapping, house placements, aspects, shadow work, and aligned self-care tools
- Your own personal Moon Map — a customized chart of your Moon sign, house, and aspects
- A practice of tracking your emotional landscape in real time as the Moon moves through your chart (the Moon takes ~29 days to move through all 12 signs and houses — we’ll work with these waves, not against them)
- Two live Moon Ritual gatherings (New Moon + Full Moon), integrated as reflection and intention-setting points

Where This is Headed (and a Little Prelude):
Each month, The Moon Method will move to a new Moon sign — honoring the unique needs of each placement, one sign at a time. The Gemini Moon container is the first, but Cancer Moon will follow next (and the waitlist is open).
