For over ten years, Chris Kameck and I had the privilege of working closely with Elisabeth Samuels through our collaborative project, Resource:Art and then at Raft of Sanity Gallery. Together, we all shared a vision of strengthening Buffalo’s creative economy by connecting artists, collectors, and community in new and meaningful ways. |
After Elisabeth’s passing, we felt a deep responsibility to continue her legacy. We know there is more work to do — to lift up our regional artists and to show new audiences that art belongs to them. To honor that mission, but share that we are doing things a bit differently, we flipped our name to Art Resource and formalized it as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Art Resource gives us the ability to expand our impact, deepen our engagement with corporate and community partners, and create even more opportunities for artists across Western New York. This September, we’re thrilled to take the next big step: TENfold Gallery will officially open its doors!
TENfold will be a new kind of contemporary art space — one rooted in education, connection, and the belief that art can transform both spaces and lives. Through exhibitions, family-friendly workshops, artist talks, and strategic community partnerships, we’re building a home where creativity is accessible and alive. |

How you can support: One of the best ways to get involved is by joining our events — starting with Uncorked and Curated at our other space, Gallery Josephine, THIS FRIDAY, May 2nd! 🍷🎨 Your ticket not only gives you access to a beautiful evening of art and wine pairings — it directly supports the launch of TENfold Gallery and all the future programs of Art Resource. Together, we’re carrying forward a legacy of creativity, community, and connection. We can’t wait to grow this next chapter with you. |
