What detail surprises you in this painting?

Mary noticed how stern and serious his expression is.

Sheelagh noticed how his head looks a bit too big for his upper body.

Caitlin noticed his face looks wizened with experience, but his body very lithe and youthful.

Y spotted a look of mild contempt.

And Carole noted that his fingernails are dirty!

To take it a step further, imagine a story around one of those details. For example, what was he doing that made his fingernails dirty?

Thank you to this month's contributors!

Why do we do this exercise?
It sharpens your intuition, which is your brain's ability to focus on spotting exceptions to the system, rather than pattern recognition.

Developing this skill enables you to identify emerging possibilities faster than others do.

Developing intuition can boost innovation, resilience, life purpose, coaching and leadership ability.

First name / Reader,  would you like to contribute to our next Intuition issue?

In the meantime, Angus is honored to join the RTRX 2025 main stage speakers to talk about about “The Science of Possibility.”
This unique leadership conference, held annually here in Columbus, Ohio, donates 100% of its proceeds ($7 million to date) to Pelotonia’s innovative cancer research.

We hope to see some of you there!

As always, thank you for reading,
Sarah & Angus
