You – my most cherished and loyal – are the very first to lay eyes on my latest collection. Yes, this is a sneak peak at something truly special: A limited edition “book.”

Cool … but what is Amuse-Bouche? 

Amuse-Bouche captures that sweet spot, where food + fashion + art + photography all meet.

It takes the form of limited edition hand-bound, hand-stitched “book”. It will come in two different covers and the same interior, each inspired by a Michelin-starred restaurant menu (the look) and by a classic cocktail menu (the size). 

The real magic is inside. At first glance, the photographs resemble a glamorous fashion shoot. But keep flipping through the “menu”. Look closer. See if you can spot foods such as caviar, coffee, prickly pear and red snapper. Amuse-Bouche will take you on a sweet, savory, amusing ride infused with beauty and the levity, joy, and laughs needed in these complicated times.

 

Well … only 500 of these hand-signed first editions exist. (250 of each cover)
