How to Find RIGHT WORK
In Troubled Times

In my book, Finding Right Work: Five Steps to a Life You Love, I guide readers through the process of determining – and finding – their “right work” with a formula that identifies the parameters of right work for candidates and clients alike: identifying your core values, strongest talents and skills, and life priorities relative to work. These are the pillars to discovering the perfect path to meaningful and right work.

How do you begin finding your right work in these uncertain times? The process now requires less social media and external distractions, and a stronger commitment to serious self-reflection to identify your “pillar profile.”

As a companion to my book, I’ve created a workbook that teaches you how to develop the Finding Right Work formula and identify the parameters of your own right work. Click here to download the workbook that is geared towards your success, both professional and personal!

In a past newsletter, I wrote about the “silver lining” of the pandemic: people had the opportunity to take a breath and realize personal and professional boundaries, priorities, and a desire to find balance within their worlds. Hybrid and remote work were embraced by many as a necessity. As time went on, we witnessed how efficiently we worked and how much time was recaptured from the new structure. The desire for a positive, inclusive work/life balance emerged.

Today, for many of us, that priority for a work/life balance is more important than ever. Larger companies – and the federal government – are beginning to require full in-office attendance. Whether employer or employee, alignment with values, life priorities, and full utilization of strongest talents and skills is now paramount.

2024 was a fulfilling year for EASearch and we continue to serve clients who are dedicated to making a difference in their communities, globally and domestically. Companies and individuals who provide meaningful work for their employees, coupled with an EASearch roster of top-tier candidates who resonate with “greater good" philosophies, are at the heart of our mission and work.

Whether remote, hybrid, or in the office, we are recruiting for all, representing companies we admire and respect.
