Smoked Amber Lager brewed in cahoots with the Michelin Star-Studded crew over at Leroy & Lewis. It’s smooth, malty, and lightly smokey — pairs perfectly with brisket and burnt ends!

 

Loaded with Strata, Idaho 7 Cryo, and Nelson Sauvin, POW! is full-bodied and delivers an everlasting juiciness filled with notes of pink guava, ripe papaya, and freshly-peeled clementines! We layered all of this on top of a grist bill that’s over 30% oats to keep the body soft and pillowy.

Vaya is a coffee cream ale made with Spokesman-roasted coffee beans and milk sugar. ⁣Vaya is our effort to create a beer that lets the coffee take more of a central role in the flavor. It’s rich and caffeinated and the milk sugar in Vaya gives the flavor and mouthfeel of a “regular coffee” order at Dunkin Donuts – 2 creams, 2 sugars. ⁣

West Coast-style IPA. Strong and likable, this IPA works for all hopheads. Slater is a new-school version of a West Coast IPA.  It’s bitter, fruity and slightly juicy.

Jan steers clear of the intensity of American hops and exhibits the nuance and subtleties of Germanic-born varieties. Some of our favorites – Hallertau Blanc, Mandarina Bavaria, and Huell Melon – create a crispy combo of heavy spice, fresh citrus, and summer melon!

Vibrant mango character mingles with a mellow tartness to make for some easy sippin’! This batch of Vincent got the most mango to-date – receiving 420 pounds!!! It’s tropical fruit character gives it a rich yet approachable flavor, with a pop of acidity mid-palate. The Goya® Mango nectar vibes are high with this one!!

From sniff to sip, Palace Pils is herbaceous, floral, and gently sylvan – all underpinned with a well-integrated bitterness that leaves you wanting more. It’s been confirmed, folks: this one is a 100% Certified-Gulper™ through and through.

Vaughn showcases an upfront pop of floral notes complemented by a soft, rounded pilsner malt depth – all finishing with a snappy bitterness that never overwhelms. It’s a beer that unites the intricacies of quality, German-grown ingredients and meticulous technique: Weyermann Pilz + Pro Hops Mittlefrüh and Saphir + Time.
