Ann Summers recently used the Coventry BID board room for their regional meeting and were extremely pleased with the space. They praised the convenient city centre location, modern facilities, and professional environment – perfect for focused discussions and team collaboration.

 

The board room alongside the small meeting room is available for hire exclusively to BID levy payers for FREE. It’s an ideal space for meetings, presentations, or planning sessions in a central and well-equipped setting.

 

The main board room comfortably seats 14–16 people around the table, with space to accommodate an additional 4–5 people around the room. In addition, there is a smaller meeting room available, ideal for more intimate discussions or breakout sessions, which can accommodate 4–6 people.

Help Shape National Counter-Terrorism Guidance for Businesses

Coventry BID is supporting new research by Coventry University’s Protective Security Lab, in partnership with the National Counter Terrorism Security Office (NaCTSO), aimed at improving official guidance for businesses around protective security.

 

The research seeks to better understand what makes counter-terrorism advice effective, practical, and accessible for business communities. To support this, the university is inviting local businesses to take part in a short, 60-minute workshop to share their thoughts on how national guidance can be made clearer and more useful.

 

This is a valuable opportunity for Coventry businesses to have their voices heard and directly influence future improvements to the UK’s counter-terrorism approach.
