hi,

what began as orcas love has grown.
we’re now the love love love.
still rooted in orcas island. still hanging out in seattle.
but now reaching further—photographing love unions (weddings), directing artful campaigns, building experiences that make people feel something.

here’s what we’re building:
the elves cottage returns this november—tiny, magical photo sessions. want to sponsor it?
imagination station is unfolding—we’re calling in collaborators who believe in play as a portal. click the link if you want to be part of what we're doing.
→ there’s now a photobooth installation at Friend Museum in Pioneer Square. stop in. get coffee. shop vintage. take a photo.
→ recent work includes images + art direction for Ergobaby, Crescent Down Works, Ship Supply
@thelovelovelove__ is where it's all happening

also, apparently Whitney was once named one of the top 10 wedding photographers in the world.
and somehow Smilebooth is the #1 photobooth company in the country.
not sure how that happened, but… here we are. doing the work. showing up with charged batteries and snacks—because it looks like we’re going to be working some long hours.
we don’t shoot to impress. we shoot to remember.
we don’t chase the algorithm. we interrupt it with film grain and the imperfect magic of presence.
a few other links for the curious:
• if you know a high school senior who needs photos that actually feel like themseattleseniorphotos.com
• if you’re after a strange, custom photo experience → photoengineers.com

with love love love,
hallie & whit
