It started with a sunrise I couldn't reach...
In the summer of 2017, I took my first trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. My best friend and I set our alarms for 3 AM, determined to summit the 14,000-foot Longs Peak at sunrise.

Ambitious? Absolutely. A bit outside our skill level? Definitely.
But we went for it anyway.
 
I'll never forget having to stop repeatedly on the trail, struggling for breath, watching other hikers pass by with ease. We made it halfway up before the painful realization hit: we had to turn around.
 
I had never felt so unprepared. So unfit. So disappointed in how my physical limitations impacted an experience I'd been dreaming about.
 
That day, I made a promise to myself: I would never feel that way again.
I wanted to have the fitness to say YES to adventure. To live fully. To never miss a moment because my body couldn't keep up with my spirit for adventure.

The Fitness to Always Say YES was born
Fast forward to today. I've built a body that can summit mountains, run ultramarathons, and still have energy to play with my dog at the end of the day.
But this journey wasn't about achieving a "beach body" or fitting into smaller clothes. It was about freedom. Adventure. Joy in movement. And that's exactly what I want for you.
