OneMain Financial – Part-Time Customer Service Specialist. Remote (TX or IN). Handle inbound calls from customers, maintain accounts, provide program explanations, and resolve inquiries with professionalism. Requires high school diploma and 2+ years of work experience, preferably in customer service or a contact center. Must have strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Training is in-person (M–F, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM CST for 3 weeks). Regular remote schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, 10 AM–3 PM CST.

 

Paid Viewpoint - Survey Respondents. This is one of my personal favorite survey panels because the surveys are extremely short, they pay in cash rather than points, and it doesn't take very long (at least for me) to cash out since the threshold is only $5. You can get PayPal payment or gift cards like Amazon. Just something to do for extra, but it's a good one.

 

Molina Healthcare – Customer Experience Representative. Remote (select U.S. states). Handle inquiries from members and providers via phone, chat, or email across Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace lines. Responsibilities include resolving issues, documenting interactions, conducting surveys, and providing product information. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: associate degree and experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Genesys, and other CRM tools. Pay range: \$16–\$20/hour depending on experience and location. Full-time, must be available for shifts including possible weekends.

 

BDG – Writer, Fashion & Celebrity News (Temporary, Part-Time). Remote U.S. Work up to 28 hours/week, Monday–Friday between 9 AM–5 PM EST (occasional weekends during award season). Write 2–3 celebrity and fashion-focused articles per day for The Zoe Report. Must have 2+ years of digital media experience, strong news judgment, SEO familiarity, and ability to write quickly and clearly. Pays $30–$30.77/hour. BDG – Affiliate Shopping Writer (Temporary, Part-Time). Remote U.S. Work 12+ hours/week on a consistent 2–3 day schedule during business hours (Monday–Friday). Write affiliate-optimized product roundups and reviews for BDG brands including Bustle, Elite Daily, Romper, and more. Must have 3+ years of editorial or copywriting experience, strong product research skills (especially Amazon), and excellent time management. Bonus for experience in commerce writing, expert interviews, or remote work. Pays $23–$25/hour.

 

YouGov - Survey Respondents. This is a survey panel that has been around for quite a number of years. They are always needing new panelists to provide their opinions on interesting topics (mostly current events). They do pay and offer a lot of different options for payment including PayPal, bank transfer, Amazon cards, and more. They are open to the US and UK, and you need at least $15 worth of redeemable points in your account to be able to withdraw your earnings.

 

CVS Health – Customer Service Representative (Work from Home, Bartlett, TN). Remote full-time role, must reside within 75 miles of Bartlett, TN. Handle high-volume inbound calls for specialty pharmacy patients, including benefits verification, prescription processing, and customer support. Schedule may include any 8-hour shift Monday–Sunday between 8 AM–9 PM EST. Requires high school diploma, 1+ year of call center or customer service experience, and computer proficiency. Healthcare or pharmacy background preferred. Pay: $17–$25.65/hour, plus excellent benefits.

 

Multilingual Connections – Freelance Linguist (Remote, U.S. only, except CA). Work-from-home freelance role for experienced translators, transcriptionists, subtitlers, desktop publishing pros, or voice-over artists.
