Welcome back to Day 2 of your 💸 Money Magnet 💸 Challenge.

Today, for Day 2, we're completing a walking meditation, a new tool that I'm really enjoying.
Walking meditations are one of the most powerful (and underused) tools in modern wellness.
They’re incredible for manifestation, nervous system regulation, and subconscious rewiring because:
- Walking integrates both hemispheres of the brain (like EMDR therapy!). Bilateral movement (left foot, right foot) connects the conscious mind with the subconscious. This rhythmic motion soothes the nervous system, shifts you out of fight-or-flight, and creates the ideal state for rewiring limiting beliefs—faster.
- You’re accelerating rewiring. When you add affirmations or visualisation to movement, you're not just thinking about your future—you’re feeling it. This is embodiment which is a key part of manifestation.
- Walking lowers cortisol (stress) and boosts our brain and body's ability to rewire. Walking—especially outdoors—reduces stress hormones, increases BDNF, and makes your brain more open to change and new beliefs.
This is our very first walking meditation inside Daily Devotion—and I couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.
Life gets busy, I get it. But a 13-minute walk that clears your mind, calms your nervous system, and reconnects you to yourself? That, you can make time for (because even I can!)
