Summer is almost here
If you have been in town lately you have experienced the August-like heat that has us locals dreading ‘real’ summer.
The Real Estate Market is a little more lukewarm. However are still seeing properties move and buyers are still looking. They just have much more inventory to choose from and are not settling for less than what they want.
Deciding to sell in this market can be a bit overwhelming. However, we are still seeing pockets of low inventory and high demand. Recently we showed a property in the Lake Club where we were the 5th showing of the day and they received two offers.
