I only buy this Al Nakhil tahini now. It's gorgeous stuff, pours beautifully and isn't bitter at all.
You can buy it online from various stores or Amazon.
I use it so much in salad dressing, sauces and hummus.
Anyway, back to the hummus.
I have recipes for very different flavours and one which is tahini-free.
Oh and talking of hummus, have you tried my
