This month always feels like a good time to check in on how I’m feeling. It’s in my nature to keep putting one foot in front of the other, so building in space to look back at the beginning of the year, and ahead to the end, helps me notice where I’m spinning my wheels and where I want to make progress.
I see June as an opportunity to celebrate how far you’ve come, decide where you need to adjust, and set your sights on where you want to end the year.
I invite you to join me for a slow and intentional midyear reset. In my Wednesday emails this month, I’ll help you reflect on where you are, release what’s no longer working, realign with what matters most, and look ahead to the remainder of 2025.

- What do I want and need going into the rest of the year?
