Ever find yourself overthinking your bedtime entertainment?
Same here. Sometimes I’m in the mood for a suspenseful show or book that leaves me tense and creeped out (why do we do this to ourselves?!), but other nights I know I’ll sleep better with something light and funny. It’s all about reading the room… or, in this case, reading your own nervous system.
