When a class is full, you can still add yourself to the waitlist—it’s like being in line for a spot.
If someone cancels more than 12 hours before class, the next person on the waitlist is automatically added and gets a text/email.
Once there are less than 12 hours until class, the system stops adding people.
BUT: if a spot opens after that, you can still grab it by checking the app and signing yourself in manually—up to 1 hour before class starts.
Important Policies
If you’re added to class from the waitlist, the system uses one of your classes automatically.
If you don’t have any left, it skips you and goes to the next person.
Need a lot of notice? Make sure to remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours in advance if your plans change. Otherwise, it’s treated like a regular late cancel.
The waitlist means you’re saying, “Yes, I’m ready to take this class if I get in!”
Notifications + Tips
If you’re added to class, you’ll get a text and an email.
They come from the system, so don’t reply—they won’t be seen!
Want to stop getting added? Remove yourself from the waitlist before the 12-hour mark.
Not getting texts? Text START to 857-678-3562 to turn on Mindbody notifications.
Pro Tips to Avoid Late Cancels
Only join the waitlist if you're sure you can make it.
People often cancel right before the 12-hour window, so keep your phone nearby!
Keep grip socks in your car or bag, and set an alarm if you’re waitlisted for a morning class.
Plans changed? Hop into the app and remove yourself from the list!
How to Remove Yourself from the Waitlist
Open the Mindbody app or website.
Go to your schedule and click “Remove” next to the class.
Still not sure if you’re in the class?
If it says “WAITLIST” in the corner, you’re still just waiting. If it doesn’t, you’re in!
