June is my favorite month of the year. There's so much to celebrate this month: Black Music Month, Pride, Juneteenth, school being out, my birthday!
Several fun announcements for this week including the RSVP for this month's yoga-barre collaboration, Soulful Sweat + Stretch, with Adrienne Shamszad, the addition of two new 30 minute classes to the schedule for the summer, and the most affordable class-pack I've ever offered (it's an even sweeter deal if you're an educator)!

“Lunch Breaks” will happen at 1pmPST twice a week and include everything we do in our signature 45 minute classes, but condensed into a shorter session that focuses on compound moves, working multiple body parts at the same time, saving time, so you can get back to enjoying your summer!
