Here are a few things I'VE BEEN LOVING lately…
☕ CCF Tea Instead of an Oat Latte
For ages, I’ve been starting my day with a decaf oat latte on an empty stomach and honestly, it’s never felt great. So I decided to go back to something I first discovered through one of Dr Sam Watts’ Ayurvedic challenges: CCF tea.
It’s just cumin, coriander, and fennel seeds steeped in hot water for 5 minutes and you can sip it throughout the day. It’s great for digestion, calming inflammation, and honestly, it just feels like a gentler start to the morning.
🧘♀️ Reformer Pilates
I know I’m late to the party. But last weekend I finally made it to my first ever (I think?) reformer Pilates class.
The machines always looked a bit like a torture device to me, so I wasn’t sure what to expect but I loved it. It was fun, challenging, and such a good workout for muscles I’d clearly been ignoring.
The studio was gorgeous (you know I love an aesthetic space), the music was fab, and the energy was just... great. I’m already planning my next class. Please wish me (and my glutes) luck for Monday!
👟 Running (For Joy)
I’ve just finished my latest Runna training plan, and I’m really enjoying getting back to running just for fun.
No pressure, no pace targets - just picking a route and going with what feels good. I recently veered off my usual path and ended up somewhere much more rural, and it was such a lovely change.
Plus, my WHOOP band is showing some great stats for my resting heart rate and HRV so even if I don’t totally understand the numbers, I do know running is making me feel good.
💻 Courses on Squarespace
I recently built a course using the Squarespace Courses feature for one of my long-standing clients and honestly, I was so impressed. It’s easy to set up, looks fab on the front end, and feels seamless for users.
Aaaaaaaand, when my client launched it, 40 people signed up and she made almost £3k in sales!
So, if you’ve got a course idea floating around, maybe this is your nudge to start bringing it to life. (And if you want help setting it up—I’m your gal.)
