We all know it's true — you don't always price every property exactly right. Sometimes sellers will have to reposition the bait, make price adjustments, if they actually want offers. You as the agent know that. But you can't assume that the clients do, or assume that they will simply accept whatever strategies you propose without an explanation.
The key here is to set expectations at the very beginning. Game plan with them. Talk them through what could happen and the best ways to navigate it. It can cost you valuable time and effort later in the process if you don't bother to do that prep work at the start.
