Hello First name / Friend,
I am just back from an incredible trip to Mallorca, and I'm excited to share a little about that experience. I took my new OMSYSTEMS OM-3 with me on the trip as my only camera, and the freedom it offered me was pretty great. I share about that and the trip in general in my newest Notebook post.
When I left my hometown for Mallorca, we were experiencing a wonderfully prolonged spring here in Virginia - cool temperatures, and plenty of rain, and I was really loving it. In Mallorca it was much warmer, to the point that I was longing for the cool dampness I'd left behind me in Virginia. Sadly, it was all over when we returned, and it's most certainly summer here now. Summer always seems to come too quickly for me. It's not my favorite time of the year. But I do try to enjoy the beauty it offers, and I always look forward to visiting the high elevations in July and August to see the Joe Pye Weed blooming and the butterflies frolicking. So bring on the summer!
