I’m a wellness entrepreneur, holistic health coach, and co-creator of this retreat—a vision that feels like a full-circle moment and a dream I’ve held close to my heart for years!
Originally from Texas, I followed an inner nudge and moved to California a year ago, craving more presence, deeper connection, and a lifestyle that aligned with my values. That leap of faith planted the seeds for what has now become WellthyWell—a social wellness club and community designed to bring people together through movement, education, and intentional experiences.
I’m a certified holistic health coach, breathwork facilitator, and fitness coach with a deep passion for helping high-achieving women reconnect to their bodies, redefine what health means, and build habits that support long-term vitality and longevity.
My own journey has been marked by burnout, hormonal imbalances, SIBO, chronic pain, disordered eating and exercise, and the realization that surface-level wellness and the conventional system wasn’t enough. I created Align Wellness Collective to support and guide others in building sustainable routines that work in real life!
With a background in accounting and a full-time career in consulting, I bring a grounded, practical approach to wellness—one that meets people where they are, honors their capacity, and empowers them to make lasting change.
At the retreat, I’ll be co-leading workshops, facilitating daily movement and breathwork, and holding space for you to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels both expansive and easeful.
This experience is truly a homecoming—and I can’t wait to welcome you to the Villa and share it all together! Let's have some fun!! IG: @activelyaly
I’m a wellness founder, facilitator, and co-creator of this retreat. As a Virgo, I’m deeply passionate about bringing beauty, love, and intentional well-being to life—and I can’t wait to weave all of that into this special experience.
Originally from New York, I moved to California a year ago in search of a slower pace, deeper presence, and more time in nature and with myself.
I’m a certified holistic health coach specializing in mental and emotional well-being, with deep training in somatic coaching, emotional mastery, and inner child healing. I’m also a breathwork and meditation facilitator, passionate about helping people reconnect to themselves through transformational wellness experiences.
At the heart of everything I do is a desire to help people feel good—mentally, physically, and spiritually.
My own healing journey began in childhood with epileptic seizures and chronic pain, followed by IBS, SIBO, and disordered eating in college, and later burnout in my early 20s. Gentle nutrition helped me begin to heal, but it wasn’t until I addressed the emotional and mental layers that I truly began to feel like myself again—a feeling I believe everyone deserves to experience.
Before entering the wellness space, I worked in private banking at a top firm in NYC. Whether in finance or wellness, my work has always been grounded in building meaningful relationships and deeply supporting others.
At this retreat, I’ll be co-leading workshops, guiding breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness sessions, and holding space for those ready to release what’s blocking them from feeling at home in their bodies and stepping into who they truly are.
I truly believe this retreat is a portal—an opportunity to soften, reconnect, and return to yourself. I can’t wait to meet you in this beautiful space. IG: itsalisoncohen
Q: What’s included in the retreat price? A: Your ticket includes 3 nights at Moon Mountain Villa, all meals and snacks prepared by a private chef, daily movement classes, guided breathwork, wellness workshops, a curated gift bag, and optional experiences like sauna and cold plunge sessions. You'll be supported from the moment you arrive.
Q: What’s not included? A: Travel to and from the retreat (airfare, rental car, etc.) is not included. Alcohol isn’t part of the retreat package, but if you’d like us to bring wine or something special for you to enjoy during the weekend, we’re happy to coordinate that separately. We will send a survey out after booking.
Q: Which airport should I fly into? A: The closest airport is Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) — about 45 minutes from Ojai. You can also consider Los Angeles (LAX) or Burbank (BUR) as alternatives if you don’t mind a longer drive (1.5–2.5 hours).
Q: Is transportation to the retreat included? Transportation is not included, but we’ll provide a group chat in advance to help coordinate shared rides or carpools. We recommend renting a car if you’d like flexibility to explore Ojai or stop along the way before/after the retreat!
Q: When should I arrive in Ojai if I'm flying in? A: We recommend booking a flight that arrives in Santa Barbara (SBA) late Thursday morning to early afternoon on October 9, 2025. Check-in at the retreat property begins in the late afternoon, giving you time to travel to the villa and settle in before our welcome experience.
Q: When should I plan to leave?
A: Sunday, October 12, 2025 is reserved as a travel day. We’ll close the retreat with an optional morning movement, breathwork, and meditation session, followed by breakfast and checkout at 11:00 AM. You’re welcome to book return flights anytime after that (if you need to leave early that is perfectly okay- we just ask that you give us a heads up).
Q: Can I come alone? A: Absolutely. Many guests join solo, and the retreat is intentionally designed to feel welcoming and community-centered. You’ll leave feeling deeply connected — to yourself and others.
Q: Do I get to pick my room? A: Yes! When booking, you’ll select your room based on availability. Each option includes a full description, price, and photo so you can choose what feels best for you.
Q: What’s the refund or cancellation policy? A: All payments are non-refundable due to the limited number of spots and planning involved. However, if you’re unable to attend, your spot can be transferred to another guest with our approval.
Q: Are payment plans available? A: Yes! We want this retreat to be as accessible as possible. If you're interested in a payment plan, just reach out to us directly—we’re happy to work with you to find an option that fits your needs.
Q: What kind of movement will we be doing? A: We’ll offer gentle strength work, mat-based flows, stretching, walking, and grounding breathwork. Everything is beginner-friendly and totally optional — come as you are. The property has a gym that can be utilized as well.
Q: I have dietary restrictions. Can you accommodate them? A: Yes. Our private chef can support most common dietary needs (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, etc.). You’ll have a chance to share your preferences after booking.
Q: What’s the overall vibe? A: Intentional, cozy, and grounding. This isn’t a hustle culture weekend — it’s about pressing pause, tuning in, and taking care of yourself in good company. There will be plenty of “free” time to enjoy the amenities.
