First name / Hi there, friend!

Welcome to Issue #4 of The Still Good Co. Monthly- a monthly newsletter with updates and resources from Still Good Co! You'll receive a special delivery in your inbox every month. 🩷💚💙

Let me tell you a story about wild inspiration, divine provision, and the countless ways I almost gave up. 🥴 What? Yes! Read on, friends.

As you know, Still Good Co. joined our community's Relay for Life on May 31! This annual fundraiser for the American Cancer Society benefits all types of cancer, and it seemed like a natural place for us to go. We wanted to invite our community into a conversation about our innate goodness, metastatic breast cancer, and more! (and bring pretty things!)

I also had a wild idea- What if we gave visitors the opportunity to donate bouquets to cancer patients? What if we let them pick out their own stems, write a sweet note, and feel connected to our cause? I said, “Let's do a service project!”

We could have backed out when…

💐 We lost our flower connection
🤑 The math didn't math
☔ The forecast called for storms
🤪 Life was life-ing

And yet, God seemed to close every gap right on time! The day before Relay, I found myself hugging a stranger in a floral warehouse. Kim introduced herself as a 17 Year Thriver who had been praying for me for a long time. (WHAT?!) She also invited me to come back later that day for extra flowers at a huge discount. I was teary eyed as we loaded box after box of gorgeous blooms into the car, realizing that every aspect of this meeting was Spirit led. To top it all off, I found 20 vases in a thrift store for 40 cents each…the morning of Relay. 🤯 God had this all along.

Every Still Good Co. launch season reminds me of these basic truths: It's not up to me. The outcome is His. The experience of walking with Him and being present for all the small moments He orchestrates is the very best part. 🩷💚🩵

As you walk into summertime, I invite you to look for those small moments in your life. You don't have to plan a big event that almost falls apart to see them. (I giggle now, but I sure didn't two weeks ago!) 😂 No matter what your season holds, friend, remember that God's holding you.

Sharing the Love
We are all…Still Good!
I had a wonderful conversation with an early stage breast cancer survivor at Relay for Life. We swapped stories (the way cancer patients do,) agreeing that while life has changed dramatically in both our stories… it was still good! I explained how our summer line simply highlights our affirmation without the tricolor ribbon. She broke into a smile and said, “Even better for me!” No ribbons needed, just love. As she walked away wearing her new hat, I felt so grateful. SGC is for everyone!

Still Good Delivery
29 Bouquets Donated
Our flower bar at Relay for Life was such a success! While we sold 20 bouquets for customers to keep, we also gave back. The Still Good Community created a total of 29 bouquets for patients receiving care. WOW! Thank you to everyone who supported our service project this season!

Enjoy a little scrapbook of all our fun at Relay for Life! This would not have been possible without my sweet husband, Andrew, and my mother in law, Mary. From planning, to setting up, to packing up in a thunderstorm (LOL)- they were the real MVP's! They wrapped flowers and swiped cards all night so I could talk with visitors. The conversations are the best part of every Still Good Co. pop-up event, and I'm so grateful for everyone who makes that possible. 🥰

At each Still Good Pop-Up, we distribute literature about Metavivor, Stage IV Breast Cancer, and our beautiful tri-color ribbon. We're educating the community one conversation at a time. How can we help you do the same?

We'll report back next month, friends! 💚
