Saturday, June 21, at 10am, join me and my dear friend, Adrienne Shamszad, for a beautiful morning filled with mindful movement and community.
We plan to get nice and sweaty with a barre opener from me and then move straight into a yoga offering from Adrienne, keeping our mind-body connection strong throughout the entire session, and closing with a meditation practice and community reflection. A reception with refreshments will follow.
