Can you believe we're already halfway through the year?
 
In January, I identified boldness as my word for 2025. For the sake of accountability, I'm sharing two bold updates in this issue of The Digest:
 
1 - We have two new service offerings for The Thirlby Co., including our new employee training suite and Rooted Reset, a private coaching retreat.

LEADERs TO LEARN FROM
Bryant Scott, Chevron
In January of 2018, Bryant Scott joined Chevron as a corporate recruiter, working for the second-largest oil company based in the United States. Today, Bryant is a vendor relations management advisor for Chevron, known for his social awareness skills and ability to understand people.
 
Outside of work, Bryant is a father of four, a dedicated member of the Omega Psi Phi fraternity, and an active mentor to many young adults. “I help young people understand that their circumstances don’t define their future, and show them how to build a mindset rooted in resilience and possibility,” he explained.
