You know that feeling when you hit a PR and feel like you could run through a brick wall?
That’s exactly what happened to me last month watching 200 people absolutely destroy their limits on that rooftop.
And honestly? I’m still getting chills thinking about it.
Saturday, June 29th, we’re doing it again.
But this time, I’m going even harder.
Same rooftop. Same insane Atlanta skyline. Same energy that had people texting me for weeks asking when the next one was.
My signature HIIT workout that had people hitting PRs they hadn’t touched in months. I’m talking about that workout that makes you remember why you started training in the first place.
A DJ who actually gets it. Not some random playlist—someone who knows exactly when to drop the beat to push you past that voice in your head saying “I can’t.”
Red Bull’s hooking us up again because apparently what we did last time was “unlike anything they’d seen in Atlanta.” Their words, not mine.
Those recovery pops everyone’s been asking about? Yeah, they’re back. And yes, they’re as good as everyone says.
Lululemon’s bringing their new drops that haven’t even hit stores yet. Last time people were asking if they could buy extra just to have them.
And honestly, the view alone is worth it. There’s something about training 20 stories up that just hits different
Look, I could tell you about the “exclusive this” and “elite that” but here’s the truth:
This isn’t for everyone.
Last time, we sold out in under 3 hours and I had to turn away 25+ people. Some offered to pay double just to get in. I felt terrible, but the rooftop only holds so many people safely.
This time, I’m expecting it to go even faster because word’s gotten out.
