Hi there, First name / my friend!
 
Over the past few weeks, you took time to reflect, release, and set a clear intention for how you want to move through the rest of 2025. Now it’s time to look ahead, at a high level, to prevent overwhelm from creeping in over the next six months.
 
You don’t need a detailed master plan or color-coded calendar (but by all means, create them if that feels good for you!). You just need a few meaningful actions to help you create structure and space to support your well-being, values, and goals.
 
Here are three steps you can take this week to sketch out the next six months in a way that works for you:
 
1 - Mark the Moments - What’s already on your radar? Personal appointments, goals, work deadlines, holidays, travel, celebrations - get all of it down in a format that works for you. This helps you get honest about your time, energy, and capacity.
 
Think about what is most important to you. Notice where you’re already overcommitting. Brainstorm what you can do differently and how you can simplify in those times when you’re overreaching. It’s far easier to do it now, when you are clear-headed, than when those moments are upon you.
 
2 - Add Space for YOU - You know what you need, my friend. If it doesn’t feel good to have 3 days in a row of social activities, then don’t let it happen! If you have a heavy few weeks leading up to a deadline, how will you recoup afterward? If you have family commitments during the holiday season that wipe you out, what boundaries and expectations can you set in place now that protect your peace then? 
 
Create the space and time you need to feel good in body, mind, and soul. Build it in!
 
3 - Layer in Well-Being Boosters - What habits or routines help you reduce overwhelm and stress? These are non-negotiables, my friend. Do not let these fall by the wayside! Whether it’s a class you take, regular time with a friend, or the weekly hike that fills your cup, include it.

Call on your calm and anchored self as you take these steps. When you move through them, notice what starts to take you out of that peaceful place. Listen to these clues and look at what is beneath them. Your thoughtfulness now helps you move forward feeling ready for what lies ahead.
