The longest day of the year, when the light hangs around long enough for a cheeky dance (or three), and the season is buzzing with abundance. Got any plans for tonight? Maybe a solstice shimmy? A sunlit stroll? Or just enjoying a cool cider somewhere with a view? June’s been a steady one, ceilidh-wise – a mix of gorgeous weddings, from the lush leafy lanes of Westbury-on-Severn in Gloucestershire to the dramatic hills of the High Peaks. And now, to round things off – our public, FREE (yep, zero pence) ceilidh at Copper City in Notts 🎉 Copper City Ceilidh Wednesday 25th June. As I type, there are just 9 spaces left, and while you can rock up without booking, it really helps me get a heads-up on how lively (and potentially sweaty) the room’s gonna be.
