ISSUE #16 | June 23, 2025

Hi, it's Miriam.

Welcome back to the At Work Tune Up, your insider’s playbook with practical, quick, tips on how to improve your team dynamics and keep things happy and healthy at work.

We spend a lot of time at work. We should love what we do.

This week's tip for your toolbox:

Shine vs. Struggle
Each person on your team has talents that help them and their work shine and areas where they struggle. If you can align those areas where they shine with workload, you're bound to see:

✅ Increased morale
✅ Increased productivity
✅ People loving what they do.

That's good for business and good for workplace happiness.

How to do this? Keep reading ⬇️

Get to work

Use this template worksheet to help you break down what goes into success or struggle for each person on your team.

Here are a few ways you can use this template:
▶️ Conversation prompts for shared conversation together
▶️ Give it to team members as pre-work before an annual review
▶️ Use this framework for the team leader to identify how best to assign roles and tasks.

Small changes make a big difference.

Just get started.
