Last week I hosted my first two Lunch Break classes of the summer and the feedback has been really positive.
Mentally, there's a big difference between showing up for a 45+ minute class, versus something closer to 30. Yet, 30 minutes is a sweet spot that still feels like a solid investment into your daily movement. It's enough time to get sweaty and feel a good burn (if that's what you're looking for, though it's not the litmus test for a good workout!), it's the perfect amount of time to ensure you'll be benefitting from post workout endorphins, and it's efficient af!
We don't always have time to move for an hour every day, and quite honestly, we don't need to. Shorter classes helps us step away from that all or nothing mentality and center consistency, even when we're short on time.
Join me at 1pm Pacific this Monday and Wednesday for a 30 minute class to get you in and out and back to work.
