A Salad Series

We all know that Summer is the prime time for fresh fruits, veggies, and definitely mozzarella! One of our favorite activities is creating new salads that can only be elevated using Miceli's cheese. We've come up with our top 3 for this season and will be sharing them all throughout the month of July! You can prepare for peaches, arugula, tortellini, and more as we discover new combinations and traditions together.
