Dear Mountain West Region

 

We have some big, bittersweet news to share—Keith has accepted the role of Director of U.S. Field Development for Young Life, effective July 1st.

 

We are thrilled for Keith and what this means for the mission of Young Life nationally. His leadership, wisdom, and heart for healthy, gospel-centered ministry are exactly what's needed in this season of growth across the country. At the same time, we lament this transition too. Keith has been a steady, faithful presence in the Mountain West—deeply invested in this region, its people, and its mission. There will be a loss of not having him in the day-to-day as he will no longer be an Associate Regional Director for us. Young Life National just got a really good asset in Keith!

 

A transition like this will require some grace for one another as we figure out how we will work together as a region. Our ARD / RD team of Jeff, Tanya, Jim and Katie B are committed to walking through this together and will share more soon about what plans to support each of you will look like going forward. We will listen WELL and trust BIG. We will shape this region together.

 

His new role gives him an even broader platform to support staff like you—and he remains an incredible resource and encourager. Keith isn't disappearing. He'll still be available for conversations and his new job ultimately supports our region too. Please join us in praying for Keith as he steps into this new calling. We're grateful for his legacy here, and now sharing his gifts with the whole US.
