Considering weight management but unsure of where to start? Start with a medical evaluation with Dr. Jenny! - Appointment #1: Medical Evaluation: Dr. Jenny will review your health history and complete a body assessment. You can bring recent lab work, or we can do a blood draw and request labs at this visit ($125 fee).
- Appointment #2: One week after your Medical Evaluation, you will come in for a complimentary follow-up. Dr. Jenny will review your lab work; if you would like to proceed with treatment, she will give you your first injection and instruct you on how to inject yourself for the next 3 weeks. You will also receive a Vitamin B12 & Vitamin D shot. The cost for the initial 3-month weight management plan is $2000.
- Appointment #3: One month from your last visit, you will come in for a complimentary body assessment. Dr. Jenny will adjust your medication dosing as needed, give you your weekly injection, and give you the Vitamin B12 & Vitamin D shots. You will once again go home with 3 weeks of medication to inject yourself.
- Appointment #4: One month from your last visit, repeat #3.
- Appointment #5: One month from your last visit, repeat #3. You will now be starting your 3-month renewal weight management plan ($2200).
