Instead of poo-pooing those ‘something is off’ feelings, permit yourself to tune into them. That might look like pausing to evaluate the message, changing your mind, getting a second opinion, or exiting a situation without any explanation. You KNOW when those feelings show up, so honor their presence and allow them to help you stay aligned and safe.
