This position will manage and grow our small business and commercial lending portfolio, with an emphasis on underserved and rural communities, and will be responsible for identifying borrower needs, underwriting and originating loans, managing a dynamic loan portfolio, and supporting entrepreneurial clients throughout their business journey.
