3 of our products were awarded at the Ohio State Fair Cheese Contest! Our mascarpone took 1st place in the Open Class (Traditional) category, our mozzarella took 2nd place in the Open Class (Traditional) category, and our whole milk ricotta took 3rd place in the Spreadable category. Standing alongside our fellow Ohio cheesemakers is always an incredible experience, and it's definitely another major highlight of our year!
