EBB N' FLOW
When ya first start off on your journey...you have this excited anticipation that fuels taking the leap to try. Even when it's uncomfy af... But ya tell yourself...LET'S GO 🤩🤩🤩!!! Then ya get to about exit 10C and you start to feel the momentum slipping away from you. You start to hear the doubt creeping back in. You start noticing yourself slowly reverting back to old thought patterns that cause a sense of unease within. You find yourself pulling off to the side of the road 500 ft away from your destination in sight. As you sit...you wander WTH was I even thinking. Why...why...why...Within this moment it feels heavy, scary, lost, and maybe even slightly frozen in place from putting the car back in drive to take the flipping exit 🫣🫣🫣🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
I’m gonna be REAL honest with you guys...As you journey along this thang called Life...There are sooo many pit stops of doubt before taking the exit to what you FEEL is possible. What I have noticed is that these "pit stops" are in place to allow you to check back in with yourself to ensure you're taking the path that FEELS aligned with you...a moment of redirection...
The journey is truly one that ebbs and flows as you venture onward. There are going to be many moments where you simply want to give up and not press forward. But these are the moments when you have to take a deep breath and simply put the car in drive. The more ya shift through the uncomfy…the more you'll find ya self finding the courage to keep going...
So for this week my love’s… as a reminder that it's okay to take pit stops to give ya self ahhh moment. BREATHE, let go, and BE patient with yourself as you step further into the unknown. YOU GOT THIS!!!
