A lot of you joined this list because of something I’ve been talking about over on Threads: conversational search and how AI tools like ChatGPT are changing the way people find websites.

So let’s talk about what you really want to know:
How does your blog actually get found by AI?

Short answer? Structure.

Long answer? I just wrote a full post about it for The Library— but here’s the cheat sheet:

If your content isn’t clear, scannable, and organized around how real people ask questions, AI tools won’t know what to do with it.

Here’s what your blog needs in 2025 to stay visible:
  • A title that sounds like a real question someone would ask
  • Headers that match conversational search queries
  • Short paragraphs and bulleted lists (LLMs love these)
  • An FAQ section that mirrors real-world client language
  • Smart internal links to pages like your glossary or service pages
The big takeaway?
AI doesn’t reward cleverness. It rewards clarity.

If you’re writing blog content and hoping it shows up in AI tools, it’s time to write like a machine and a human are reading.

Need help with your blog strategy?
If you're wondering whether your blog (or homepage) is structured clearly enough to show up in AI tools — or even just convert better — I built something for you: The Ivingo Entryway Audit

It’s a free GPT that analyzes your URL and gives you a score based on SEO and conversion-focused data. Then it delivers three tailored tips to improve your content's clarity, structure, and performance.

Got questions about your score or the recommendations? The GPT will walk through them with you — step by step — until your strategy’s solid.

It's fast. It's free. And it's designed to give you an honest look at how your site’s doing — from the front porch to the footer.

Until next week,
CJ

This week, I’ve been thinking a lot about structure — not just in content, but in life. A little more structure is showing up in our house this month: my son has ESY on the days I don’t have a sitter, which means I’m getting a bit more focused time to work (but also — I have to actually get up and out the door on time 😅).

It’s a reminder that clarity and consistency — whether in a blog post or a morning routine — can make everything run a little smoother. Even if it’s not perfect, it helps!

Let me know how you're structuring your summer routine — has anything changed? Reply to this email and let me know!
