| | Take time to connect with others and yourself today.  Notice things that remind you of connecting and connection: Collect physical items if they are available to add to your section (the paper sleeve around your cup from getting coffee with a friend, a birthday card/postage stamp/snail mail you received, a sticker a kiddo in your life stuck on you).Think about the conversations you had and how you can translate that into a visual--how it made you feel and what colors you associate with that, snippets of text that can be added to your section, or if you met up for coffee or tea you could use those liquids to paint/stain your section with or draw a cup with what you drank in it.Take 5, 10, or 15 minutes to yourself (or for longer if you are able to)--take yourself on a date, reflect in a journal, sit quietly, or go to a place you love. Fill your section with something from this experience.Find inspiration in a person, place, or thing that you feel connected to.
