why i'm ditching starbucks…

I love coffee shops.
And I probably always will. But these drinks are often loaded with junky ingredients (not to mention the high price tags!), so I limit my coffee shop purchases and try to make the coolest, most decadently delicious drinks at home--with nutritious ingredients.

That way I know there's zero junk. I can make the simple syrups, and I can use organic loose leaf teas and mold-free coffee that's grown the way coffee is supposed to be grown--in the shade.

This coffee fits the bill. I buy the Guatemala 5-lb bag on repeat. (And bonus, code SOULYRESTED saves even more $$.)

By taking the time to make the best drinks at home I feel better, I save some moolah, and I love what I'm drinking… these homemade drinks taste good.

So what do you say?

If you want to ditch Starbucks, together, I got your back with these yummy recipes:

The one drink you REALLY need to ditch
Over on the podcast we've talked about the ONE drink you REALLY need to ditch and why. Listen in to hear the easiest ways I've replaced this drink and why I hope you do the same…

I'm drinking a latte right now…
The best part? My latte doesn't come with headaches, high dental bills, loads of extra sugar to cover up the bitter taste, or mold and chemicals.

I can't say the same about Starbucks drinks, or even the conventional coffee I used to drink.

Once I discovered this naturally sweet, shade-grown, low-acid, organic coffee sourced from small family-owned coffee farms, I never looked back.

It tastes like sweet caramel and chocolate, without any sweetener. (I seriously never add sweetener to my lattes anymore, this coffee is that good!)

It doesn’t give me the headaches that conventional coffee used to (turns out it was the mold and chemicals in conventional coffee causing my headaches… gross).

It’s better for my teeth and gut too. And, when I buy it in bulk (I only buy 5 lb bags, it’s that good!), it also happens to be CHEAPER than the conventional coffee I was buying.

Don't you LOVE it when healthy doesn't break the bank!?

Win-win-win.

All my favorites are in stock. All at once.
This never happens!

The Nutrimill Harvest AND Classic grain mills are both in stock at the SAME time.

Three colors of the Harvest are sold out, and one is running low, so don't wait, go check them out if that's the one you've been eyeing.

And my Mockmill is in stock too.

That's crazy.

If you're curious about fresh milled flour, but not sure if it's the right move for you, read all about why I mill my own flour HERE.

p.s. If you want to try my favorite coffee, the code SOULYRESTED saves $$ even on top of the bulk pricing, which is CRAZY. I buy 5 pounds at a time! It's just that good.

And I truly don't know how this small, family-run business can afford to sell top-quality, shade-grown, organic coffee for such a steal of a price.
