Ever catch your breath at something unexpectedly beautiful, First name / my friend? This week’s vibe is all about that feeling and how to experience it more often.
 
I’m here to wrap this five-email summer series with the soul-lifting energy of awe.
 
Awe is a powerful emotion that reminds us we are part of something bigger. It quiets the internal noise, snaps you into the present, and provides perspective on your relationship to the external world - even if it’s for a few fleeting moments.
 
Yes, feeling small can be a good thing!
 
Notice - Awe doesn’t always break through the noise, so open your heart and mind to allow it in. Remember that awe comes in many shapes and sizes. What helps you experience awe?
 
Nurture - Pause to soak in the awe you experience. Permit yourself to let your mind wander and feel where awe sits in your body. Write about an awe-filled experience in your journal or take photos to revisit it whenever you want.

Practice - Take steps to find your awe (big and small!). Nature, music, and art are places where many find awe. Where does it show up for you?
