Happy Monday, First name / friend!
This will be a short one. Let's talk mindset for a minute.
You don't have to do everything.
The world is full of shiny objects, and the magpie inside your head might feel the need to collect all of them. One agent you know starts a Youtube channel, while another hosts a crazy number of events, and yet another writes a whole book. That's cool, but it doesn't mean you're behind if you aren't doing all those things. It will be a better use of your time to pick the few things you really care about, commit to them, and do them consistently, rather than doing a little bit of everything sporadically. Especially when none of those little bits have clear objectives.
You don't have to do things perfectly.
Did it get you closer to your goal? Then it worked. If you're always tweaking the email draft and never actually hitting the send button, it won't do you much good.
The key word here is consistency. Understand what it is you're trying to achieve, what's worth your effort, and what you enjoy doing; then stick to it.
Now get out there and do things (but not all the things).
