Just got back from visiting family in Europe with my 4-year-old—and let’s just say, I earned my stretch.
Two 13-hour travel days, two French fast train rides (where I discovered my daughter has motion sickness 😬), and a few windy mountain road trips later… I’m back stateside and very ready to realign my body.
And there’s something about getting home from a trip that makes me want to reset everything—not just my spine.
A day after landing, I found myself not only unpacking everyone’s suitcases, but also:
✔ Reorganizing the kitchen pantry
✔ Deep-cleaning the fridge
✔ Sorting through my daughter’s too-small clothes
Anyone else like this? It’s a clean slate. It’s a control thing. It’s also kind of therapeutic.
