Race day is fast approaching and we’ve got a few important updates for you this week. Please take a few minutes to read through everything below and make sure your team is on track.

Team List Attached
We’ve attached the full list of registered teams. Please review your team name and members carefully.
If you notice any mistakes, reach out and let us know so we can fix them asap.

Flag Confirmation
In the Athlete Information form, we asked you to confirm which country flag your team is racing under. Please double-check the above list to make sure we have the right one.

If your team includes athletes from other countries, let us know! We’ll include additional national flags on your race bibs, as long as they match the passport country of each athlete.

Mandatory Gear List
We have made some minor changes to the list please make sure you review it and reach out if you have questions. Here’s the link to the mandatory gear list:

We’ve heard there may be issues opening it on mobile – we’re working on that! In the meantime, please view it on a computer.

Registration & Athlete Info 
An email went out 2 weeks ago with your team’s registration status and missing info.
By now, all team members should be registered and have submitted their Athlete Info Forms. We need the team info and registration for all racers to be completed by:

Bibs are being ordered next week and we need this information.

If you’re waiting on flight details, just enter “TBD,” use an approximate arrival date, and enter a placeholder time.
