Join Ms. Terry on August 5th at the Casa Grande Public Library, Main, 449 N. Drylake St. for a special storytime with books, movement songs and a simple craft. All ages are welcome. Starts @ 10:00 a.m. 
Toddler Playgroup to follow. Doors open at 10:40 a.m. for that program.

Starting August 5th, 2025! Join Ms. Katie every Tuesday to watch anime, draw, craft and more!  
Teens can join us to watch various anime & anime-like movies! Learn to draw in anime styles and participate in anime themed crafts taught by Ms. Katie, or just watch anime and enjoy the company of others! Intended for grades 6th-12th. Children under 12 may not be in the library unsupervised by their parent or guardian. Some Anime may be PG13.

Teens 12 years to 17 years of age come join the Vista Grande Library TAB (Teen Activity Board) and join fellow teens in planning, and participating in, fun activities for teens and promote teen reading at the Vista Grande Library!  Stop by the front desk at the Vista Grande Library for an application today.  
 
Meetings take place on the second Friday of each month from August to May. Members can earn community service hours and a letter of recommendation all while having fun and participating in activities.  First meeting is on August 8th from 3:45 -4:45 p.m.at the Vista Grande Library, 1556 N. Arizola Rd.

Do you like to knit or crochet? Maybe want to learn or teach others? Join the Crochet and Knitting Club on Fridays at the Vista Grande Library, from 3:30-5:00 p.m. Bring your own supplies. Some yarn will be available while supplies last. Ages 12+ and member led.

You will find a dragon theme in all of this month's Family Movies and Coloring Activities! August 9th, you will be learning, "How to Train Your Dragon" with the 1st in this series. Movie starts at 2:00 p.m. at the Main Library, 449 N. Drylake St. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult. Light snacks and drinks with screw top lids are allowed.

Doing a little spring cleaning? The Friends of the Casa Grande Public Library are looking for donations! You can drop off your smaller donations to either library,
The Main Library at 449 N. Drylake Street or
The Vista Grande Library at 1556 N. Arizola Rd anytime during regular business hours. For larger donations please call ahead, 520-421-8710, to make arrangements. 

Volunteers needed.
Volunteers needed! The Central Lutheran Church Adult Community Education (ACE) Team offers general education tutoring and English as a second language (ESL) coaching. Volunteers work one-on-one or with small groups once or twice a week to help participants achieve personal development goals. If you would like to serve on the ACE Team, complete the VOLUNTEER INTEREST FORM available here:
