If you recall, it is my favorite time of year. Slightly cooler mornings and less humidity.
The Real Estate Market is starting to warm up a bit. We are seeing an increase in activity in terms of scheduled showings and open house attendance. As rates start to tick downward, buyers are starting their searches again.
Deciding to sell in this market can be a bit overwhelming. We are still seeing the best properties go quickly and close to their asking price. Property preparation and strategic pricing are key.
