After exploring our senses throughout the week, let's take some time to allow them to rest and reset. Today try closing your eyes and applying a warm/cool compress/wash cloth over them for a few minutes, go outside and breathe deeply, allow yourself some moments of quiet, stay hydrated and unclench your jaw, stretch and pamper your hands with your favorite lotion or hand mask.
