Ever feel like you're this close to getting more traffic?

That's not just a feeling–it's data you can actually see in Google Search Console.

There's a little trick I like to run for all my clients. I call it The “Almost There” Report.

This shows the keywords you're ranking for between positions 5-15 on Google. These are the golden opportunities: you're already being noticed, but with a little attention, these pages could climb to the top.

Here's how to find them:
  1. Open Google Search Console
  2. Go to Performance > Search Results
  3. Filter by Average Position between 5 and 15.
  4. Sort by impressions to see which ones are getting the most eyeballs.
If you're already showing up on page 2 (or bottom page 1), you've done the hard part already. With a small push (like improving your page title, adding fresh content, or building a few internal links) you could unlock WAY more traffic with very little effort.

Need help spotting or optimizing these opportunities? I do this kind of detective work every day. Just reply to this email and I'm happy to take a peak!

Until next week,
CJ

We're almost there.

Less than 20 days until school starts, and I'm already dreaming about that first quiet Monday. If you're a parent–especially one raising a child with special needs–you know that “summer break” often feels more like “summer marathon.”

It's not perfect, and I would never change this life. But also? I am deeply craving just one day of silence. A latte. A HomeGoods wander. Staring at a ceramic pumpkin I absolutely do not need, with zero tiny voices asking how much longer.

I almost suggested my husband take the day off to join me.
But… better not.

So now I'm curious. If you had to spend a day completely alone (and NOT working) what would you do?

I need ideas. Bonus points if you know a restaurant with a good lunch margarita.
